    KonnectRECRUIT is our brand name of our outsourced Recruitment solution or our RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing). The service is a specialty within recruitment where an external provider acts as a company’s internal recruiment function for a portion or for all of its processes. The recruiter may work virtually or onsite (or both) on a fully outsourced solution.
